A Before Video Tour Of My Custom She Shed (Whoa, Natural Light!) ORC 03 + 04
We have a before video tour of my custom she shed with LOTS of natural light to view! Woo Hoo!
And pretty please don’t be mad at me for skipping a week in The One Room Challenge®️. Check out week 3 entries right here.
I have my hands a little more full at the moment with getting The Northridge Project ready for market, too. Which YES, does change the parameters of this Shed project of mine, just a bit.
I’m going to be SO sad to leave this gem of a space. Sigh.

Even though I’m slightly behind my design schedule, I feel like week 5 will be my catch up, get a lot accomplished week! But before I get there, we have all of week 4 entries to browse.
What incredible projects, right? Kinda makes this newbie feel a little bit like a fish outta water, but there’s no time to dwell on that! Onward!
A Before Video Tour of My Custom She Shed
This video was shot today, this morning in fact, so it’s been out here in the Ohio country elements for about 2 years now.
There are definitely some things to note, having the shed for 2 years prior to designing the interior. Which I’ll get to, next.
Exterior Shed Notes
YES! I’m so happy with the white exterior, although I will say that it does get dirty fairly quickly. That shouldn’t surprise you.
Even with the dirty that comes with rain and snow, I love the white exterior of my custom she shed.
The front door of the shed, however, needs to be a different color.
Interior Shed Notes
I really do love all the windows I strategically put in all the right places.
The only problem I’m finding (two years later) is that I’m seeing a lot of moisture being trapped where the plastic grids meet the window glass.
I do believe I have a fun solution for this. Keep your fingers crossed for me!
I also found a TON of flying creatures inside the windows when I opened them. So I’ll need to maybe look at how they are getting inside the shed and try to block those boogers. Ew.
Interior Pictures Of My Custom She Shed

Swooning over the natural light, is an understatement.
Thanks for visiting me today!
Coming up in Week 5 of the challenge: PAINT! I’ll be painting the interior of the shed and I’ll also be sharing a revised design plan for the interior. I hope to, anyway. Things have been so chaotic here lately and I fear I won’t get it all finished.
The mood board in week 2 still holds true, but may be a bit different for the actual materials, with The Northridge Project also being worked on.
I can’t wait to finish the shed and hopefully I’ll get to use it for a bit before I have to say goodbye…
