I’m currently navigating my way through the entire DH Food Catalog. I cannot WAIT to try every single thing and write up a little review along with sharing some things I didn’t know.
Today, I’m trying the Strawberry and Peach Smoothie, but creating a “hack” to make this snack and incredible delish meal.

- Original Unsweetened Almond Milk (300ml)

A single container is 1 serving size. You’ll also be adding liquid to make your Daily Harvest Smoothie. Most choose water, to keep things simple, but you can use any liquid you’d like. Just make sure to adjust your macros and other nutrients accordingly, if you’re keeping track.

Daily Harvest Home Delivery Is Convenient - Honest Opinion

There are a few key things I value when it comes to Daily Harvest as a mama of 4 who also works full time, is renovating her entire house AND is a full-time caregiver for her beautiful special needs son.
I’m a busy girl!
The one key thing I want to focus on today is the fact that Daily Harvest is SUPER convenient.
- Daily Harvest will place their items in recyclable boxes and pack the food items with dry-ice (don’t touch it with your bare hands). I can order 9, 14 or 24 items and they are delivered right to my front door.
- I struggle sometimes with finding time to eat when my days are seriously a big ole’ busy blur. I love that everything is able to be stored in my freezer and ready to enjoy in literal minutes whenever I’m ready to eat.
- I don’t worry about my food spoiling if I don’t get to it in enough time. For well over a year, I tried two different fresh foods delivery boxes and if I forgot to prep and freeze the foods, they would spoil and I’d get so frustrated. I have ADHD so this was a common occurrence. I’d get distracted and forget and then I’d be tossing the foods into my compost bin. Sigh.
- There’s NO prepping of organic foods to freeze. I really loved getting fresh fruits and veggies delivered, but there towards the end, the foods weren’t as fresh. I don’t have to worry about prepping DH foods on delivery day because DH does it for me.
- I am currently counting calories and logging my macros. DH makes it super easy for me to grab and eat OR create a protein-packed, full meal by adding just one or two extra ingredients (like I did for this smoothie hack!)
I could probably find many more reasons why Daily Harvest is convenient for me, but I’m pretty sure these five are the most relatable.

Do I Recommend The Strawberry + Peach Smoothie?
I really freakin’ do. It’s delightful. It’s the perfect amount of sweet and tastes amazing with just water blended. For this hack, I used unsweetened plain almond milk and a scoop of my favorite, go-to, organic vegan protein shake powder.
This yummy smoothie went from snack to high-protein meal within seconds. The spray whipped cream topping is optional of course. It did add to the “milkshake” ambiance. Anyways, It was SO STINKIN’ GOOD. I’d make this over and over and over again, without hesitation.
